Those who would like to contribute to sending a student who can not afford the airfare from Mr. Yamagata’s and Kristin Zebe’s classes can send donations to the school. Many students can’t afford to compete at the Science Olympiad State Tournament. Any donation, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. These teachers spend many hours after school preparing students to compete and their free days to take them to the tournaments.

The AAUW members who helped were: Holly Harris, Jane Asher, Nancy Golden, Anna Smithwick (and husband Tom!) Isabel Miller, Faye Burson and Lenda Helser.
